YIP 2024
Young Indians Parliament!
The inaugural Young Indians Parliament (YIP), a pioneering initiative designed to bring the parliamentary process in a new format to the youth of India. Students from classes 9 to 12 across the country got the opportunity to engage in debates, discussions, and decision-making processes that mirror the real workings of parliamentary democracy. Their mission is to empower the next generation of leaders by providing them with a platform to voice their opinions, develop critical thinking, and enhance public speaking skills. An opportunity to showcase their leadership abilities, critical thinking skills, and passion for civic engagement. The event witnessed the participation of 90 students from the Western Zone in the regional round, which was held in DPS School, Nashik, on the 24th and 25th of August 2024.
7 students from grades 9 to 12 of Amanora School participated in the regional round, out of which 4 students were selected for the same.
