Lead By Example AY 2023-2024
Lead By Example serves as a dynamic platform for educators to demonstrate their innovative teaching strategies. The initial round of LBE took place at Amanora School on December 2, 2023, attracting 55 participants from diverse educational institutions. The competition saw representation across various educational stages, including pre-primary, primary, middle, and senior school educators.
Remarkably, 11 educators from Amanora School advanced to the grand finale, which was celebrated at Welcomhotel in Bangalore on February 10, 2024. The event was graced by the presence of many esteemed guests, making it a special honor to have Mr. Ryan Pinto, CEO, Ryan International group of Institutions. Marking its 10th iteration, this LBE event was particularly significant and was celebrated with great enthusiasm.
Having Mr. Jairam Balakrishnan, the CEO, and Mrs. Nidhi Thapar, Vice President of Academics from Edunation Services Pvt. Ltd., present there was truly an honour, as their presence served to motivate and encourage all the participants.
The panel of judges, comprised of highly experienced and proficient teachers, brought a wealth of expertise to the event. The assessment was divided among the judges, with the pre-primary and middle school categories evaluated by Mrs. Shalini Nair , and the primary and senior school categories judged by Dr Senthil Kumaran.
The winners were notably outstanding, with Ms. Charu Srivastav and Ms. Mayuri Ketkar securing the winner and runner-up positions, respectively, in the pre-primary level. In the primary category, Ms. Sejal Vaja emerged victorious, while Ms. Vishnupriya K B and Ms. Hillary Maliakal won in the middle and senior school categories, respectively.
The event's organization was exemplary, featuring efficient scheduling that facilitated same-day travel for participants and ensured timely proceedings. The exceptional hospitality and the thoughtful selection of the venue and amenities significantly contributed to the positive experience. The meticulous planning and dedication of the organizing team were evident, resulting in an enriching and enjoyable event characterized by flawless execution and warm hospitality.
