"Dance is the joy of movement and the heart of life." International Dance Day has been celebrated on 29 April every year since 1982. The day marks the birthday of Jean-Georges Noverre, the creator of modern ballet. Dance is a quintessential form of expression. It fosters joy, inspiration, and cultural exchange.
