An advertisement-making activity was conducted for the students of Grade VII during the Social Studies period to highlight the role of an advertisement in the market. The activity is perfect when teaching learners to make their advertisements. It included a definition of advertising, the basic features that every advertisement needs, and information on methods used in advertising. This advertising lesson activity pack included elements that can be combined to form a lesson about advertising. The activity helped students to compare various websites and how they use marketing to attract consumers. The students made their advertisements and presented them in their classroom. The students participated with great zeal and exuberance.
