National Journalism Day, observed each year on 17th November, is a testament to the vital role that journalism plays in our society. It is a day to honour the commitment to truth, integrity, and accountability, which are essential for the functioning of a healthy democracy. An assembly was conducted by the students of Grade VII G on Monday, 18th November 2024, on National Journalism Day. The students presented a captivating skit that depicted the relentless pursuit of truth, and responsibility in keeping citizens informed and emphasized the need for journalism to foster peace in societies.
