Yardstick activities are an experiential learning program that helps children learn in a joyful and
enriching way. They develop cognitive skills, and self-learning abilities and make learning fun. Students
of Grade VI were engaged in making a pinhole camera during the Science period. Students made a
pinhole camera and observed the image formed by it. Observing the inverted images formed, there was
no bound for the level of excitement witnessed among the learners. The students were thrilled as they
viewed their surroundings through their pinhole cameras. Humongous zeal and excitement were seen
among the young learners.
