25 th January 1945 is an important day for all Indians as conscious and organized efforts to promote tourism were made in 1945 in India. It is celebrated as an “India Tourism Day”. Class VD and VE students were fortunate to perform assembly on this special day. Students were so happy and enthusiastic about this assembly as it was one of the greatest days in the history of India.
Anchor Kavya Singhal and Abhiraj Patil were feeling great as they were the first people to wish “Happy India Tourism Day” and share interesting information about India tourism to the Honorable Principal Ma’am, Vice-Principal Ma’am and Co-Ordinator Ma’am and their friends. The positive energy vibes spread by chanting of Gayatri Mantra and Prayer by V D and E students followed by thoughts of the day by Ayushman Makhaulia which motivated the students to expand their knowledge through travelling. Word of the day is given to the students by Aarya Barde to improve their vocabulary. Shourya Barde was ready with the NEWS to update the students and latest happenings around the world.
An informative speech was given by Vihaan Khetan and students enjoyed the musical tour of India through a beautiful dance by Grade V D and E students on the song “Welcome to India” and Quiz conducted by Arya Patel and Arush Katti. Saarth Moon shared amazing facts about India in the assembly.
The teacher talk by Class teachers Seema Shione and Kavita Karwar is given to the students about “Ask not what your country can do for you ask what you can do for your country” It means we have to keep monuments and their surroundings clean to give better experience to the global tourist.
