Grade V - Layers of the Earth- clay modelling
Clay modelling induces play- based learning. It transforms learning into a playful adventure so grade V students were engaged with the material like green, orange, yellow and blue color clay, labels, toothpicks to make a clay model of layers of the Earth. They enjoyed this activity and absorbed concepts naturally. It was an effective tool to introduce this educational concept in a hands-on, enjoyable way.
It fosters student’s creativity and provides many developmental benefits for them.
