On the 28th of November, 2023 an art integrated project was conducted for grade IX and X with an objective to encourage students to embrace the rich tapestry of art while fostering a broader cultural perspective. In the Grade IX art integrated project, students conducted a thorough comparison between Sikkim and Kathmandu, exploring facets such as cuisine, geographical features, artistic traditions, cultural practices, and dance forms. The focus extended to Grade X, where students broadened their scope to analyze Sikkim against Indian states Goa, Coorg, and Assam. The project showcased a detailed examination of diverse elements, including local cuisine, regional landscapes, traditional art and crafts, cultural practices, traditions, and dance forms. Through this comprehensive study, students gained insights into the rich tapestry of India's cultural diversity, fostering a deeper appreciation for the varied artistic expressions across regions.
