Grade IV CCA - Picture Story
The students of Grade IV recently participated in a Creative Co-curricular Activity (CCA) titled “Picture Story”. The objective of this activity was to enhance students' storytelling abilities and stimulate their imagination by providing them with an opportunity to create a story based on a sequence of pictures. In this imaginative challenge, our young storytellers dived into a world of imagination using 4-5 pictures from print media like newspapers, magazines, etc. They sequenced the images and crafted an original story of approximately 150 words around them, weaving together characters, places, and other things in a narrative of their own making.
The activity witnessed enthusiastic participation from all the students. The students demonstrated a high level of creativity in connecting unrelated images and forming coherent and interesting stories. The final stories were a testament to the imaginative abilities of our young writers.
