Grade 9E Assembly. Theme- Sweetness in life, not in blood. 'Sweetness in life, not in blood' focused on the essence of kindness and compassion in human relationships. It aimed to emphasize that true sweetness lies in our actions and attitudes towards others, rather than in biological connections alone. The assembly commenced with school prayer, word and thought of the day and news update followed by a skit through which the students reflected on how acts of kindness, empathy, and respect can foster a harmonious community where individuals support and uplift each other irrespective of familial ties. The class teacher then highlighted the importance of nurturing a culture of empathy and understanding to create a more inclusive and compassionate environment within the school and beyond. The assembly concluded with words of wisdom and encouragement by coordinator Ma’am.
