Festivals are a significant part of Indian culture, acting as a vehicle for the presentation of our values and emotions. They unite people who come together for the sole purpose of celebration and happiness. Festivals also help us embrace our culture and religion. To imbibe the essence of our culture and significance of festivals within our young learners an assembly was conducted by the students of Grade VIII H on Friday, 03rd November 2023, on the topic, “Festivals: Bringing US Together”. India having rich cultural heritage and festivals are a way to preserve and promote that with diverse customs, traditions, and beliefs of the people. India being a diverse country, every festival is celebrated differently in each state. This was artistically presented through an alluring dance performance. The assembly witnessed immense excitement, energy and zeal among the students.
