Lab activity was conducted for the students of Grade VIII with reference to the chapter ‘Refraction and Dispersion of Light’, during their Science period. The teacher demonstrated various experiments to illustrate image formation by concave and convex mirrors and lenses and real and virtual images. Students observed the image formed when the object was kept at different positions. This activity helped the students to understand the concept clearly. The students were excited to see the different images and were keen observers during the experiment.
