Data Handling is one of the most loved topics by the students as it includes graphs and pie charts which the students enjoy. To increase their love and enthusiasm for the topic an activity was conducted related to the pie chart for the students of Grade VIII during Math period. In this activity, the students prepared data on the number of hours they spent on various activities throughout the day for example studying, playing outdoors, entertainment, school, etc. For the said data they constructed a pie chart and represented their data. The students loved this activity and participated with lots of enthusiasm.
