The Young Kalam Championship was organised for the Grade VII students in August 2024. The mission of the competition was to inspire students by sharing exciting stories about objects that surround us. With a vision to help our students to understand our world better. Each child in Grade 7 had to make a 4-minute presentation on any one part of a machine. A humongous response was demonstrated by the students. Group championship was conducted on Wednesday 21st August 2024 and five students from each class were selected through class voting. Students presented with great confidence. The presentations were embellished by the minute details on the working of machines. The winners from each class participated in the class championship on Wednesday 28th August 2024. They delivered compelling, engaging, informative, transformative, educational, and enlightening, presentations on machines that make our work easier. The class champion from each class was selected by the students through votes. Avani Sinha, Indrajeet Gadhave, Manasi Gharat, Aarush Gupta, Arul Jagdale, Dishita, Sanaa Katwa, Jhanvi Ranjan, Aditya Atal, Anshuman Katyan, and Khushdeep Gill were declared as class champions. They will be competing for the School Championship in the coming days. The contest amplified the sense of recognition of objects around the students. The event developed both speaking and listening skills in our learners. It fostered the ability to speak confidently and fluently and will help them throughout their life.
