Clubs and Extracurricular activities are a great way for children to learn about the world around them. It is important that they are given an outlet for their extra energy and curiosity so that they can grow into healthy, well-rounded adults with a wide range of knowledge and experiences. The Club Culmination Day is an effort to showcase and sharpen the special skills learned throughout the year. Amanora School held its Club Culmination Day on Friday, 23rd February 2024 to mark the end of the club activities for the academic year 2023-24 for the students of Grades VII and VIII. Students of different clubs participated in a creative, innovative, effective, and communicative way with the utmost energy and enthusiasm. The event began with a melodious musical performance by the music club. The Western Dance Club, Dancing Toes Club, and Classical Dance Club members displayed their talent through an engaging stage performance. The impact of media was beautifully presented through an enthralling skit. The members of the Quiz Club kept the audience engaged with brain teasers to test knowledge. They displayed quiz questionnaires made by them on different topics throughout the year. The Travel Tour and Heritage Club made the environment colourful by displaying India’s diversity in food, clothing, and culture. Our young chefs of the Culinary Art Club mesmerized everyone with their culinary skills as they made mouth-watering dishes. Vedic Math, The Coding Club, Revival of Art Club, Block Printing and Mask Making Club, Beauty and Wellness Club, Herbal Heritage Club, and Foreign Language Club students were thrilled with a chance to witness their display as a treat to their year-long learning. An exhibition organized by the students of The Young Scientist Club, Designed Thinking Club, and Innovation Lab witnessed students apply their classroom knowledge and develop a taste for learning by doing. The Basketball, Football Club, Skating, and Archery had the audience on their foot to witness a breathtaking performance. The event made students more confident, creative, future-ready, and course learners for life. The day was marked by great enthusiasm and student engagement.
