At Amanora School as educators, we firmly believe that parent engagement and collaboration are crucial for the holistic development of young learners. One powerful tool that paves the way for a successful parent-teacher partnership is parent orientation. Keeping this in mind, the Parent Orientation Programme was organized on Monday 01st April 2024 for the existing students and on Tuesday 02nd April 2024 for the incoming students of Grades VI, VII, and VIII. The sessions provided an opportunity for educators to build trust and rapport with the parents, by welcoming them into the educational setting and sharing information about the school's vision, values, communication channels, curriculum, teaching methodologies, expectations regarding behaviour, and overall academic progress. The event shed light on the school's focus on holistic development, encompassing academic, social, emotional, and physical growth. Parents gained insights into how the school nurtures these aspects. The active participation of the parents empowered them to provide effective support, reinforce learning, and contribute positively to their child's growth and development.
