Introducing Adjectives to young learners is the most enjoyable area of teaching English. One of
the most effective ways to improve learner confidence and language retention is to encourage
the use of adjectives.
To make learning fun and last forever the teacher of grade IIG provided the learners various
opportunities of participating in the activities related to adjectives in the classroom. These
activities were conducted in the month of December in small groups with the help of colourful
flashcards and pictures. Learners were totally engrossed and enthusiastically participated in
this fun learning process. The teacher incorporated different tasks to appeal to as many
learning styles as possible, and therefore make them not only fun but effective as well.
